Your Personal Guide to AWS Events
The AWS Events app is designed to help attendees plan and navigate large-scale conferences like AWS Summit, re:Invent, and re:Inforce. It combines session scheduling, real-time updates, and campus navigation into one streamlined tool. Whether you are a first-time visitor or a seasoned participant, this app makes it easier to maximize your time and discover the latest cloud innovations.
Smart Event Planning Tools
Organizing a multi-day event with dozens of sessions can be overwhelming. The AWS Events app lets you browse the full catalog of sessions, speakers, and new services. You can add interesting talks to your personal planner, check seat availability, and resolve scheduling conflicts instantly. Reserved seating is available at select events, making it simple to secure a spot for popular sessions.
On-Site Navigation and Real-Time Updates
Getting around a large conference venue is much easier with the app’s shuttle estimates. At certain events, you can see live shuttle arrival times and plan your route between buildings. The app also provides notifications about last-minute changes, newly added sessions, or speaker announcements. This keeps you informed without needing to check multiple screens.
Seamless Session Management and Alerts
Once you have built your schedule, the app helps you stay on track. It sends reminders before sessions start and alerts you if a room reaches capacity. You can quickly modify your plan on the go, swapping sessions or adding alternatives. The clean interface makes it easy to view your day at a glance, so you never miss a key presentation.
