In other words, patients can schedule visits solely with their own doctor and nurse, not with other providers at the health center. This focused approach keeps the process simple and directly tied to the patient’s primary care team.

Viewing and Canceling Scheduled Appointments

Users can see all pending primary care appointments they have scheduled at the health center. Cancellation is possible for appointments that were created through the Canary Islands Health Service’s appointment page or directly at the health center. Additionally, the app displays pending specialist referrals or test requests, showing the specialty, date, and time. However, cancelling those specialist or test appointments is not yet supported within miCita preiva; patients must manage those through their health center directly.
