Real-World Workflow: Paying at the Pump

The Pay & Go system is the main reason to install this app. You link a credit card and register your license plate inside the app. When you pull into a compatible station, you select the pump number on your phone, authorize the payment, and pump your gas. I’ve found this most useful during winter or when I’m carrying hot food—it removes the awkward dance of digging out a wallet while holding a drink.

However, the system isn't flawless. It only works on specific, newer pumps. If you pull into an older station, you’re back to the traditional card reader or cash. The app doesn't clearly mark which stations have Pay & Go enabled, which leads to some guesswork.

Finding Fuel and Checking Prices

The "Where is the station?" feature is straightforward and works well for navigation. It pulls up a list of nearby Petrol Ofisi locations and plots a route. That said, this app has clear boundaries. It is a single-brand tool, so it is useless if you frequent Opet, Shell, or other stations. The interface, while updated, sometimes feels cluttered with promotional banners. If you are a loyal Petrol Ofisi customer, this app is a genuinely practical tool. If you prefer to shop around for fuel, it will take up storage space without offering much benefit.
