Exporting a PDF report takes two taps and includes a clean table of all logged entries. The note field also appears in the export, which is handy for sharing with a doctor. However, there is no way to sync this data to another device. If you switch phones, your history stays on the old one unless you manually export and transfer the file.

There is no support for pulse or weight, and no Bluetooth integration for smart cuffs or glucometers – every digit must be typed. I also noticed that after about 500 records, the app slows slightly when rendering the full trend view. For a pure manual tracker with a clean interface, these are manageable trade-offs, but power users will feel constrained.

The app also lacks any educational content or medication tracking, so it’s purely about recording and viewing – not guidance.
