At its core, the app allows users to book appointments with over 100,000 listed practitioners—from generalists to specialists like gynecologists, dentists, and psychiatrists—online and free of charge. Beyond scheduling, it offers integrated teleconsultation services, enabling remote consultations with or without a prior appointment. This dual functionality saves time and eliminates unnecessary travel, making healthcare more accessible for everyday needs such as prescription renewals, fever checks, or specialist advice.

Understanding Teleconsultation and Reimbursement

Teleconsultations through this tool function much like in-person visits: you schedule a time, connect at the appointed moment, and receive a diagnosis, prescription, or follow-up advice from the doctor.
